2. Client Responsibility for Authenticity
The client bears sole and full legal responsibility for the veracity, legitimacy, and authenticity of all personal and commercial documentation provided. Meera M disclaims all liability for rejections or statutory fines arising from inaccurate or altered submissions.
3. Government Decisions, Fees & Timelines
All decisions regarding visas, work permits, and trade licenses reside strictly within the sovereign discretion of competent UAE government authorities. We do not guarantee approval outcomes or fixed adjudication turnaround times. Statutory government authority fees are non-refundable once initiated on official portals.
4. Modifications to Terms
Management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time to conform with regulatory updates and administrative directives across the United Arab Emirates.
